My ice cream machine was making some really annoying noises, so I reached out to Mohammed for help. I was impressed by how quickly they responded. Their technician assisted me via WhatsApp and even sent a helpful video, guiding me step-by-step on how to fix the issue.

The instructions were clear, easy to follow, and saved me a lot of time and stress. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and support I received. Highly recommended!

I am about 500km away from the shop. had to order online but I was in constant contact and had all my questions answered but the best part was the speedy delivery even though it was not small items. great service, I would recommend anyone to buy from Boss Catering.

Had a wonderful experience at Boss Catering. The staff were attentive and helped me get exactly what I needed. Mohammad who processed my payment, escalated my delivery and was always available, respectful and helpful. The prices are also extremely competitive.

I was also very happy with everything I ordered. It looked much better than the demo items and immediately gave my studio a professional finish. The guys who delivered also helped me set up everything.

Will definitely be buying from them in future. A very happy customer 😊

They really do deserve the recommendation👏👏. The best service ever. They communicate very well and very patient with every question and concern. My 1 deck oven with 2 trays was delivered in 1 day. I can't believe it too. That's an exceptional great service wow.

But overall im so impressed with their service 👏👏💯
