· If payment and collection are not completed within the next 20 working days, the unit will be disposed of or sold to recover storage and repair costs.
· In terms of South African consumer and contract law, once reasonable notice has been given and the client fails to act, the company is entitled to mitigate its losses by disposing of or selling uncollected goods. This is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and common law principles of bailment, which allow a service provider to recover costs where a customer has abandoned property.
· Once this action is taken, ownership rights will be forfeited and no further claims can be made against BOSS CATERING EQUIPMENT for the unit.
· This policy is strictly enforced to protect resources, ensure fairness to all clients, and prevent indefinite storage of unpaid or uncollected equipment.
Any order cancellations due to any reason after order placement will incur an admin and handling fee of 25% of the item/total depending on the cancellation request. Therefore we request you to please get a quotation on delivery charge before placing an order.
