Kindly provide me with power requirements for the 1 DECK 3-Tray Oven as per the Bakery Combos 20LT (Cakes).

Can this be done with gas oven?

  Power supply requirement depends what you have. Its available in 220V / 380V. required 40 amps. Yes , this comb comes in gas as well , the difference is R7000.
