The 20L planetary mixer provides a versatile solution for bakeries, cafés, restaurants, caterers and commercial kitchens preparing a wide variety of recipes. The EC20 combines a 20L mixing bowl with a powerful 1.1kW motor, helping businesses produce consistent batches while reducing the time and effort required for manual mixing.
Three speed settings allow the operator to adjust the machine for different ingredients and mixing applications. Use the included dough hook for suitable dough mixtures, the beater for cake batter and other blended recipes, or the whisk for cream and lighter aerated mixtures.
A meat grinder attachment is also available separately, allowing businesses to expand the mixer’s functionality beyond standard bakery preparation.
The EC20 Planetary Mixer has a maximum kneading capacity of 7.5kg and a maximum flour capacity of 5kg. This makes it suitable for businesses requiring more capacity than a compact countertop mixer without moving immediately to a larger industrial unit.
